"The RIS3 Action Plan of the South Moravian region strategy has been updated. The Smart Accelerator thus helped to identify and subsequently implement strategic projects and interventions and create links between institutions, the public sector, academia and business. In the Smart Accelerator there were created 7 project plans, which were submitted to calls for international or national programs. The project enabled the education of key partners in the region and financed the international exchange of experience through study tours and participation in foreign conferences. There was also an increase in the image and awareness of the region in the Czech Republic and abroad, and a strengthening of the perception of the South Moravian region as an attractive space for the development of the knowledge economy."
