Projekt zajišťuje výzkum, vývoj a aplikační ověřování nových typů textilních kompozitních materiálů (v kombinaci anorganických vláken a polymerů) pro jejich integraci do hybridních struktur (kov, kovová fólie, textilní kompozit) s vynikající adhezí mezi jednotlivými složkami materiálů. Předpokládá se, že metalo-textilní kompozity budou mít kromě toho i dobrou schopnost tepelné a zvukové izolace a armovací vlastnosti potřebné pro využití v automobilním průmyslu, stavebnictví, strojírenství atd.

Project results evaluation
During the project implementation, a new generation of textile composites was developed for metal-textile composites using sheets and metal foils pre-treated with TIG or CW plasma texturing. These metal-textile composites are characterized by: improved acoustic properties (absorption of airborne sound by a textile composite) together with weight reduction (a positive environmental effect in terms of eg lower fuel consumption in cars), use of textiles from natural (inorganic materials), higher durability flaking (> 10 N / 2.5 cm), using aluminum foils, greater flexibility of finished products compared to the use of sheets, high heat resistance, improved thermal insulation properties, good resistance to, chemicals, oils, fats, salt water, longer life ( for example, considerably higher abrasion resistance of reinforcing fabrics, a new possibility of the two-sided use of the resulting hybrid structures. The project output is a 3x functional sample.
