    Technologické zařízení na bázi ablativního reaktoru s vysokoefektivní desintegrací pro získání pokročilých energetických a chemických surovin z vybraných odpadů a zbytkové biomasy

    Výstupem projektu bude prototypová linka. Cílem je získání technologického zařízení pro velmi rychlou termolýzu rostlinné biomasy s využitím ablativního reaktoru a s vysokoefektivní desintegrací materiálu na jeho vstupu. Reaktor je tvořen uhlíkovým tělesem s přímým elektrickým ohřevem. Optimalizace technologických parametrů procesu je zaměřena na získání maximální produkce kapalné fáze jako suroviny pro další zpracování především do formy kapalných paliv. Dalším výstupem bude užitný vzor, který se bude týkat principu činnosti disko-kuželového mlýnu.

    The aim of the project was to develop equipment for obtaining energy and chemical raw materials and products from organic materials using an ablative reactor. The result of the project is a prototype of the production line TTT-750b and beyond the project, application studies of liquid products, solid products and energy gas were created.
