Tento problém je dán radikálním stárnutím inženýrských sítí, konstrukcí stavebních objektů a důsledkem erozivních vlivů zemního a horninového prostředí. The project focused on highly topical issues of research and development of progressive systems of early warning of achieved critical states endangering the safety and stability of buildings, including the solution of remediation measures to eliminate the danger. Monitoring of risky physical phenomena in the field of safety (dilution, gases, temperatures) meets the requirements for increasing safety of transport and buildings.
