Zvyšování spolehlivosti šroubového kompresoru

Cílem projektu je zvýšení spolehlivosti produktů hlavního žadatele - šroubových kompresorů - a tím i jeho konkurenceschopnosti. Výsledkem výzkumně-vývojových aktivit bude: - monitorovací systém (zkušební vzorek), - šroubový blok s novým řešením ložisek a hřídelového těsnění (zkušební vzorek), - automatizované unifikované testování výrobků (poloprovoz inteligentní zkušebny). - agregát s integrovaným monitorovacím systémem a inovovaným blokem (prototyp) Všechny tyto výsledky se uplatní při komplexním řešení zvyšujícím spolehlivost kompresoru.

Project results evaluation
The outputs of the project are used by the beneficiary in its activities. The modernized B100 screw block was built into the new Albert E140 compressor type. The built testing laboratory of aggregates is in operation and not only thanks to a higher degree of automation it brought a significant shift in the evaluation of the quality of manufactured machines. The data obtained from this test room, but also from the mobile monitoring units, which will be deployed in customer operation, will help the recipient in the future to continuously increase the reliability of the screw compressor.
