Cílem našeho projektu bude certifikovaná metodika. Konkrétně baterie metod umožňujících identifikaci a kvantifikaci specifické i nespecifické imunitní odpovědi vyvolané bakteriálními či bakteriofágovými lyzáty a jejich kombinací. Vyvinuté metody budou integrální součástí výroby našich produktů na úrovni kontroly biologické účinnosti. Což nám následně umožní přesně definovat účinnost našich přípravků a tyto přípravky pak dále zdokonalovat. Celé naše snažení tedy směřuje k doplnění mozaiky kontrolních metod využívaných při vývoji nových originálních léků. Metody budou také použity při přípravě přípravků nových, stejně jako při sledování účinnosti těch stávajících.

Project results evaluation
The purpose was to develop a battery of methods enabling the identification and quantification of specific and non-specific immune responses induced by bacterial or bacteriophage lysates and their combinations, with the aim of launching new original medicines to replace today's highly overused antibiotics. The usability of the project outputs is directly dependent on the legislative conditions for the use of lysates in specific treatment procedures. In any case, a step in this direction is a way to cure "naturally" the problems that modern civilization is suffering from more and more and to avoid the antibiotic treatment that is now prescribed - usually without a detailed identification of the pathogen, and also with regard to a number of side effects, even with a correctly diagnosed and the use of an adequate antibiotic product, worsens the patient's comfort in the post-treatment phase.
