    Cílem projektu je vytvoření prototypu nového druhu rotoru a konstrukce větrné elektrárny, která má na rozdíl od současných technologií nové uspořádání v čase i prostoru. Hlavními přednostmi elektrárny budou zejména: zvýšení výkonu (díky absenci převodovky) a možnost fungování při vyšších (ale i nízkých) rychlostech větru. Projekt předpokládá realizaci experimentálního vývoje i průmyslového výzkumu u subjektu žadatele (bez účinné spolupráce). Celkové náklady projektu: 2.932.000,- Kč.

    5 verification samples of the power plant impeller were tested. Based on the chosen solution, 1 prototype of a new type of impeller of a small wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation with flexible blades was created. The MVtE impeller MVtE, developed by the applicant, can be used after completion in MVtE with a mast, generator and electrical equipment. It is then a low voltage electrical device. The beneficiary does not explicitly mention the installation of MVtE on buildings. Vibration measurements and compliance with other building regulations will be important for the MVtE set on the building. However, this cannot be solved on the rotor itself, it will only be possible in the power plant set. In the open space, the use of such a power plant is problem-free, restrictions can occur more or less only in terms of landscape protection. The result is usable in the long run, there is no danger of rapid moral obsolescence.
