Předmětem předkládaného projektu je průmyslový výzkum a experimentální vývoj pětiosého CNC stroje, který umožňuje výrobu nadměrně velkých obrobků s vysokou přesností. Uvedená technologie je ve světě unikátní, jelikož kombinaci pětiosého obrábění, vysoce nadstandardního výrobního rozsahu a možnost obrábění v toleranci T5 nenabízí žádné z dostupných řešení na trhu. Výstupem projektu bude prototyp nového stroje.

Project results evaluation
The project is based on the real needs of the company MAČE MODEL, s.r.o. to achieve higher precision machining of products - especially casting molds through a 5 - axis CNC machining center with a working area of 2500 x 1000 x 1000 mm with machining accuracy - tolerance T5 of nominal dimensions. The greatest added value of the project is that the applicant - beneficiary actively participates in the solution of the project, both at the administrative and technical level. Requests for project changes were duly and logically substantiated. The applicant has gained significant knowledge in the field of design, automation, use of CAD systems, which has the potential to contribute to the motivation to create new CNC machining equipment to meet the demands and needs of customers.
