VÝVOJ PRODUKCE ASFALTOVÝCH SMĚSÍ S VYUŽITÍM MAXIMÁLNÍHO PODÍLU RECYKLÁTU
Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je výroba prototypu zařízení provzdušňujícího sušený R-materiál a vytvoření technologického postupu (ověřená technologie), který zaručí výrobu směsí s vysokým podílem recyklátu. Jedná se tedy o vývoj nových technologií prostřednictvím realizace výzkumného projektu.

Project results evaluation
The aim of the project was to develop a homogenizer of the recycled mixture and to verify the technology of processing the mixture with a high proportion of recycled material. A prototype tedder for recycled homogenization was tested and its functionality confirmed. The homogenized mixture showed the necessary parameters for further processing. The technology of preparation of the mixture with recycled content was verified and tested at ratios of 60% and 75%. Both mixtures with recycled have the parameters of a new mixture (without recycled). Research has shown that the production of a mixture with a recycled content higher than 75% appears outside the area of practical processability for the recipients. Such a mixture has too high a fine fraction for processing and the processing hits the technological threshold of the recycled processing temperature, as a result of which it is not possible to reach the technological temperature of the laying outlet.
