Dairy ingredients jsou důležitou složkou při formování mnoha funkčních, ale i základních potravin. Projekt si klade za cíl vyvinout nové technologické postupy usnadňujících výrobu výrobků s předepsanou specifikací pomocí integrovaných membránových a elektro-membránových procesů s využitím ED při teplotě 75. Aplikačně je projekt soustředěn zejména na možnosti přípravy termostabilních syrovátkových proteinů, ale i na zpracování koncentrátových odpadních produktů nebo meziproduktů z výroby.

Project results evaluation
The aim of the project was the development of new technological processes facilitating the production of products with the prescribed specifications, especially in dairy farming. The resulting solution can be described as the right direction for the applicant's future products with a wide range of applications, especially increasing the company's technological portfolio and thus the offer in the commercial activities of Mega a.s., especially in the food segment. The results are in line with the solver's strategy, which is based on the results of the development of specialized technologies. The possibility that the proposed processes and technological scheme also lead to water savings and consumption of raw materials is also mentioned, which can only be assessed positively in relation to the future. The company Mega a.s. counts on ED filtration technology for the world market in which it wants to participate significantly.
