Utilisation of industrial biotechnology methods for differential diagnostic of neurological diseases

Project goals

The aim of the project is the development of a multiparametric diagnostic kit and prototypes of kits for the determination of auto-antibodies against selected antigens, which will be used in the differential diagnosis of selected neurological diseases, namely in the diagnosis of dementia - Alzheimer's disease. Parkinson's disease (PN), Fronto-temporal neurodegeneration (FTLD), Lewys body dementia (DLB) and vascular dementia (VD).
