Cílené využití androgeneze in vitro při tvorbě šlechtitelských materiálů u druhů Lolium spp., Festuca spp. a jejich hybridů

Annotation in Czech

Indukce androgeneze u mezidruhových hybridů Festulolium šlechtěných na Šlechtitelské stanici Hladké Životice umožní vytvořit homozygotní linie, které budou využity k získání hybridů s vysokým heterozním efektem. Haploidní a následná dihaploidní úroveň (čisté linie) dovolí biochemickou, cytogenetickou a molekulárně genetickou determinaci komponent křížení pro záměrné vytváření specifických hybridů. Aplikace těchto nových metod zkrátí šlechtitelský cyklus a rozšíří možnosti klasického šlechtění trav a napomůže k objasnění fylogeneze studovaných druhů.
