Project goals
*The main objective of the project is implementation and verification at pilot-plant scale of the technologies based on the use of immobilized microbial cells and enzymes for the production of bioethanol, in food industry and in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of semi-synthetic antibiotics derived from penicillins and cephalosporins.
