Project goals

The project of the automatic plate recognition operating under real-time conditions moves forward the existing OCR to a qualitatively new, higher platform and opens extensive possibilities of its employment in the field of traffic enforcement, control and management. It represents an efficient technical means applicable also as a precaution against terrorist attacks.
