Project goals
The project deals with and investigates the issues of the designs, materials, modeling, development design, technologies, manufacturing technologies and load and service life tests of high-speed compound cam mechanisms and components with radial cams. The elaborated methods and procedures will be applied in the construction of stands and function models and the prototypes of those mechanisms.

Project results evaluation
The outputs of the project are highly innovative and represent a high standard on both domestic and European scale. VUTS plans to offer partial and comprehensive cam and cam mechanism solutions to customers in the Czech Republic and the EU. The material outputs of the project (functional models and prototypes) will continue to be used by VUTS for further R & D purposes within the meaning of EU Commission Regulation 80/2008.
