Vývoj soupravy určené pro in vitro humánní diagnostiku původců pohlavně přenosných chorob. Diagnostické soupravy pro detekci chlamydiových onemocnění, kapavky a syfilis budou využívat moderní technologii amplifikace nukleových kyselin metodou polymerázové řetězové reakce (PCR). Klíčovou součástí projektu je i vývoj nových, dosud na světovém trhu nevyráběných in vitro diagnostickýc souprav využívajících perspektivní, rychlou a spolehlivou metodu "rea-time PCR".
