Chytrá fasáda s optimalizovanými energetickými vlastnostmi

Projekt je zaměřen na průmyslový výzkum obvodových plášťů budov s cílem vyvinout komplexní moderní fasádní systém nazývaný Chytrá fasáda, který bude optimalizovaný po energetické a ekologické stránce. Bude obsahovat aktivní "smart" a "green" prvky, které umožní redukovat spotřebu energie na vytápění a chlazení a současně snížit ekologickou stopu budovy. Bude provedena analýza životního cyklu fasády s cílem dosáhnout uhlíkové neutrality. Pro návrh a energetické posouzení chytré fasády bude vytvořen software, který umožní kvantifikovat její vlastnosti s vysokou přesností u za různých okrajových podmínek s exportem souboru výsledků pro další navazující procesy v rámci elektronizace procesu výstavby v systému BIM. Vyvíjený software bude také sloužit pro řízení aktivních prvků ve fasádě.

Project results evaluation
The project demonstrates the high-quality interaction between the industrial partner and the research organization in the development of a new energy-efficient facade system. It is an applied research, where the instruments, experimental and professional knowledge of the research workplace were used in the development of new products with higher added value and therefore represents an ideal type of project for the TREND program. Despite the above-mentioned positive evaluation of the project and the appreciation of the achievement of practical and commercially usable results, these are not excellent results. In this respect, the project lacks a wider international reach, for example through the granting of a license to an international patent or a more significant contribution to the international development of science, technology and their practical application. The opposing committee agreed that the project succeeded according to the terms of reference.
