The opposing committee agreed that the assignment was not fulfilled, due to the formal failure to achieve the declared results V3, V6 and V8, but the Contract was complied with. The opposing committee stated that the results were achieved only substantively, not in accordance with the valid Methodology for the Evaluation of Research Organizations and Targeted Support Programs for Research, Development and Innovation. It is assumed that all declared results will be achieved. If the documents listed below are provided, the opposing committee proposes to the Presidency of the TA CR to close the project with the final opinion “Successful according to the assignment”. If the documents listed above are not provided, the opposing committee proposes to the Presidency of the TA CR to leave the final opinion “The assignment was not fulfilled, but the Contract was complied with”. Given the achievement of the project objective, the Support Agreement can be considered complied with.
