The set goals were met, the results achieved and properly documented, the funds were used in accordance with the plan. The rapporteur and both opponents agree with this conclusion, but here too opponent 1 partially negates this conclusion by saying that the quality of the supplied documents does not meet the usual standards of research projects or the requirements of the definition of RIV results. This can be agreed with to a certain extent, although the final report formally contains all the required information, its information content could be better. The opposing committee agreed on the conclusion that the project succeeded according to the assignment.
