Cílem projektu je organizační inovace ve společnosti prostřednictvím implementace manažerského informačního systému. Díky sběru dat a jejich vyhodnocování z konkrétních operací dojde díky implementaci MIS do značné míry k automatizaci všech procesů ve společnosti, zejména bude automatizován výrobní proces. V systému budou zaznamenány všechny kroky v průběhu celého životního cyklu zakázky. Nový řídící a informační systém je nejdůležitější součástí digitalizace a automatizace procesů v rámci společnosti a bude propojovat jednotlivá pracoviště.

Project results evaluation
The project has achieved all of its stated objectives and the project outputs have the potential for economic benefit to the beneficiaries. In line with The Country for the Future programme, a new way of organising activities in the company was introduced in the form of the implementation of a complex management information system, which resulted in the automation of processes in the company and the elimination of personal contact between employees and customers and between employees. The Board of Auditors had partial reservations about the evidence of the solution achieved. The objectives of the project were evaluated by the final report only verbally, in a framework, without any evidence of the solution achieved in terms of implementation projects, system testing reports and user manuals. The architecture of the new system, the individual modules and the tests were not formally documented in the usual way.
