Navrhovaný grant lze rozdělit do čtyř oblastí: I. Chceme sestrojit matematický model pánevní kosti a vyhodnotit napjatost, která vzniká při různých operačních postupech při aloplastice kyčelní jamky. II. Chceme se zaměřit na interakci keramické hlavice adříku endoprotézy. Pomocí matematického modelu chceme provést analýzu pole napětí v keramice při kontaktu s ocelovým a titanovým dříkem a porovnat interakci keramické hlavice s hladkým dříkem a keramické hlavice s dříkem s jemnými závity na kontaktu. II. Chceme provést analýzu stavu napjatosti napětí v ploše zlomeniny a zjistit pole napětí s jeho koncentracemi na povrchu kosti, které vznikne po aplikaci osteosyntetické skoby vyrobené z materiálu s tvarovou pamětí. IV. Chceme sledovat vliv napětí, kterévznikne zašroubováním implantátu kónického tvaru pomocí samořezných závitů do předem předvrtaného kruhového otvoru, na biologické změny v kostní tkáni.
