Annotation in Czech
Návrh, konstrukce, výroba, sestavení, oživení a provoz biotrickling filtru. Výběr a příprava biologického katalyzátoru a postup imobilizace buněk na náplň reaktoru. Provedení batch kultivací v reaktoru a jejich charakteristiky. Návrh a sledování průběhuadaptační periody degradačního procesu. Studium provozu reaktoru za podmínek ustáleného stavu. Studium dynamického chování reaktoru. Biodegradace acetonu, toluenu a dalších těkavých polutantů. Mikrobiální analýzy imobilizované a uvolněné buněčné populacev reaktoru v průběhu degradačních procesu. Charakterizace grampozitivních a gramnegativních bakterií isolovaných z různých typů bioreaktorů pomocí "biotyping" a ribotyping" postupů.
