    V rámci tohoto projektu budeme připravovat (pomocí technologie MOVPE), studovat (pomocí fotoluminiscence (Pl) a elektroluminiscence (El)) a demonstrovat efekt superlineární závislosti Pl a El a zesílení optického výkonu v nanostrukturách s hlubokou Al(As)Sb/InAsSb/Al(AsSb) kvantovou jámou (QW) a s vysokými GaSb barierami. Navrhneme nový typ laserů pro střední infračervenou emisní oblast s nízkým prahovým proudem, které jsou založeny na nanostrukturách s mnohonásobnými kvantovými jámami.

    The project dealt with enhancing the quantum efficiency of nanostructures with deep quantum wells and contributed to the deepening of knowledge about those perspective light-emitting materials. The most important project outcomes are 8 papers published in international impacted journals and a number of conference presentations. The objectives of the project were fulfilled.
