Předkládaný projekt náleží do oblasti enzymologie, biotechnologie a ekologie. V návrhu jsou zahrnuty tři vzájemně propojené oblasti: - vývoj nových postupů pro isolace nebo odstranění vybraných enzymů a enzymových inhibitorů, dalších zajímavých biologicky aktivních látek, buněk, těžkých kovů a kontaminant životního prostředí pomocí magnetických sorbentů - příprava magneticky značených enzymů, dalších zajímavých biologicky aktivních látek a buněk pro různé aplikace v biotechnologiích (např. v organické sntéze) a v biochemii - vývoj magnetických separátorů nezbytných pro praktické využití magneticky značených látek XXX
