The project explores the effects of two distinct voice training approaches—Estill Voice Training and semi-occluded vocal tract exercises (SOVTE)—on vocal function, vocal load resilience, and perceptual evaluation in pre-professional voice users. The study examines short- and long-term acoustic, aerodynamic, and perceptual changes induced by structured voice training and investigates the relationship between voice training and auditory-perceptual evaluation accuracy. It also aims to validate the Acoustic Voice Quality Index (AVQI) for Czech speakers, contributing to the development of standardized diagnostic tools. The research integrates longitudinal data collection, including baseline, post-training, and one-year follow-up measures, and compares outcomes across experimental and control groups. By combining physiological and perceptual analysis, the study advances knowledge on the mechanisms and efficacy of voice training and its role in the development of voice-related diagnostic and control strategies.
