Project results evaluation
Project was focused on the study of mechanism of activation of metabotropic glutamate receptors. The goals were fulfilled. The experiments revealed conformation alterations determining agonist ligation, and the association with G-protein. The findings may contribute to development of drugs with specific affinity to glutamate receptors. Results were published scientific journals with high IF.
