Bezvirové brambory - ozdravení, diagnóza a molekulární technologie indukované rezistence

Annotation in Czech

V této první části komplexního návrhu k zabezpečení produkce zcela bezvirozních materiálů brambor budou řešeny výchozí etapy práce, zabývající se postupu eliminace viru S (PVS) in vitro, vývojem a ověřováním metod vhodných pro dočasnou detekci viru a zvyšováním úrovně rezistence metodami genových manipulací. Projekt zahrnuje: 1) testování vlivu virostatických látek v kombinaci s termoterapií na účinnější inhibici viru a regerační schopnost explanátů 2)modifikace imunochemických postupů diagnózy pro včasnou, citlivou a seriovou detekci viru a pro kvantifikaci změn v úrovni rezistence: vývoj molekulárně - hybridizačních technik a PCR jak pro detekci transgenních materiálů, tak viru 3)rozpracování komplexního systému odolnosti brambor k viru S pomocí vybraných metod genových manipulací.

Jedná se o řešení významného projektu k ozdravění brambor a souvisejících metod k získání bezvirózních odrůd. Projekt hledal řešení snížené vnímavosti k reinfekci virů. Sledoval se vliv virostatických preparátů a dalších projevů virů pomocí transgenáze.
