    Molekulární analýza polárního transportu auxinu při uvolňování z apikální dominance u hrachu

    Apikální dominance znamená nadvládu vrcholu lodyhy nad postrannými pupeny. Je známé, že ve vrcholu akumulovaný auxin se polárním transportem pohybuje směrem ke kořenům. Mechanizmus, kterým polární transport auxinu v lodyze reguluje růst postrannýchpupenů, není znám. Jednou z možností je, že auxinový transport v lodyze inhibuje napojení pupenů na lodyžní vaskulární elementy a inhibuje polarizaci buněk. V poslední době byl izolován gen, který se zúčastňuje vytváření vodivých elementů - MP apřenášeče auxinu na buněčné membráně - AUX1 a PIN1. Cílem navrhovaného projektu je nalezení homologních genů u hrachu a sledování jejich exprese v průběhu uvolňování z apikální dominance. Lokalizace a vizualizace proteinových produktů bude provedenaimunocytolokalizacís použitím fluorescenčního nebo konfokálního laserového mikroskopu.
