Interactions of hadrons with nuclei

Project goals

The main objective of the project is the study of interactions of hadrons with nuclear systems within various theoretical approaches. The proposal concerns mainly:
a) deeply bound K- nuclear states in few-body systems
b) antiproton-nucleus interaction, antiproton-nuclear states
c) interaction of a Sigma hyperon with a nucleus
d) behavior and properties of hadrons in the nuclear medium
The project will be solved in close international collaboration with well-known groups.

    Projekt si klade za cíl zkoumat v rámci různých teoretických přístupů interakce hadronů s jadernými systémy. Budou studovány především následující problémy:
    a) hlubokoležící jaderné stavy K- v málonukleonových systémech
    b) interakce antiprotonůs jádrem, antiprotonové jaderné stavy
    c) interakce Sigma hyperonu s jádrem
    d) chování a vlastnosti hadronů v jaderném prostředí
    Projekt se uskuteční v úzké mezinárodní spolupráci s renomovanými skupinami.
