Molekulární úroveň poznávání struktury a funkce organizmů

Annotation in Czech

K rozvoji molekulárně-biologických metod budou sloužit kontejner pro kryokonzervaci buněk (hybridomové technologie, příprava monoklonálních protilátek), thermocoupler (PCR, hybridizace in situ), laminární box (práce s transgenními organizmy) a anaerobnískříň (kultivace mikroorganismů). Ultrastrukturální a molekulární analýzu biologických objektů umožní ultramikrotom, fluorescenční mikroskop a epifluorescenční zařízení. Průtokový cytometr bude nasazen na výzkum imunitní odpovědi a nádorové transformacekarcinomů a krevních buněk. Výzkum na molekulární úrovni urychlí syntetizátor peptidů, umožňující násobné syntézy a přípravu peptidových knihoven. Modernizovaný NMR spektrometr bude využíván k určování struktury analogů receptorů, signálních molekul, produktů enzymatických reakcí a biotransformací.

Cílů projektu bylo dosaženo, přístroje, které byly v jeho rámci pořízeny, byly využity k řešení řady problémů z oblasti molekulární biologie. Výsledky byly shrnuty do 119 publikací, z toho 94 v recenzovaných převážně zahraničních periodikách.
