    Studium degradace endokrinně disruptivních látek pomocí ligninolytických hub

    Endokrinně aktivní (ED) látky představují závažné riziko z hlediska životního prostředí. Aplikace ligninolytických hub je jedním z možných přístupů k biodegradaci těchto látek, avšak v současnosti je známo velmi málo o mechanismu a o účinnosti degradace.Cílem navrhovaného projektu je prostudovat možnost degradace několika zástupců ED pomocí představitelů ligninolytických hub. Bude studována degradace následujících ED: bisphenol A, nonylphenoly, 17-alfa-ethynylestradiol a hydroxylované PCBs, a to při různých kultivačních podmínkách. Aktivity ligninolytických enzymů a P-450 budou stanovovány s ohledem na možný indukční efekt. Ligninolytické enzymy budou izolovány a degradace bude prováděna rovněž in vitro. Produkty degradace ED budou identifikovány proobjasnění metabolických drah a z důvodu objasnění úlohy jednotlivých enzymů na degradaci.

    Biodegradations of 4 endocrine disruptor representatives by 8 perspective ligninolytic fungi were compared. A decrease of estrogenic activity was recorded and 23 degradation products were detected. Biodegradation was confirmed with isolated enzymes.
