The research plan has been solved in accordance with the task. A number of original results has been achieved, namely theoretical as well as the results with possibilities for a direct application. The results are original findings, which were publishedin international scientific journals. FUGEN Center established methods for cell transformations and reverse genetics for new model organisms.
