Project results evaluation
The objective of this work was to determine the effect of sucrose solutions and glycerol and of portion of crystal water on explant resistance to cryopreservation. A specific effect of these compounds and of their mixtures on the changes of their vitality after cryopreservation and on the proportion of freezable water was observed.
