  • Project results evaluation

During the study of endophytic mycobiota of Pinus sylvestris needles from three stand infected by Dothistroma septosporum and four stands without of the infection were found out 61 fungal species. The significantly higher fungal diversity in DNB symptomatic needles, species richness and abundance was significantly increased only later in the season. It was found out the differences in interaction of endophytic fungi and D. septosporum among the investigated fungi.
