Project results evaluation
Hormonal and transcriptomic analyses of the impact of phosphate (P) deficit and exogenous strigolactone GR24 are in accordance with plant morphological changes (decrease of the shoot/root ratio). The main role in the response to P deficit is played by strigolactones and cytokinins. The effect of GR24 on diminishing of the impact of lack of P is associated with modulation of antioxidant enzymes.
