    Hlavním cílem projektu je získat nové poznatky o vztahu mezi strukturou hydrogelů a jejich tokovými a transportními vlastnostmi, a to na mikroskopické i makroskopické úrovni. K dosažení tohoto cíle bude využita unikátní kombinace moderních metod strukturní a (mikro)reologické analýzy s experimentálními technikami stanovení difúzních charakteristik polotuhých materiálů. Navržené experimenty budou realizovány na modelových biopolyelektrolytových hydrogelech na bázi agarosy.

    In the final year of the implementation of project LD15047, structural, rheological and diffusion analyzes of model hydrogels containing active polyelectrolyte components were completed at both microscopic and macroscopic level. A large set of experimental results has been gathered. The final methodology is applicable in development of gel carrier systems. The results were presented in the form of contributions to international conferences and 2 impact publications
