    Cílem projektu je přispět k objasnění funkce strigolaktonů v regulaci sekrece a zároveň také k objasnění možné úlohy sekreční dráhy v regulaci strigolaktonového signálování. Projekt se zaměří zvl. na vliv strigolaktonů na endomembránový systém, lokalizaci komplexu exocyst a úlohu interaktoru exocystu bílkoviny ROH1 a jejich blízkých příbuzných z rodiny BYPASS - známých regulátorů strigolaktonové signalizace.

    Strigolactones are transported intercellularly and transporter PDR1 identified in petunia is polarly localized also in Arabidopsis root cells. We found this localization to be dependent on exocyst mediated membrane recycling; at the same time strigolactone GR24 stabilizes EXO70A1 subunit. We propose that there is a reciprocal regulatory feed-back between strigolactones and exocyst.
