    Podpora české účasti v pan-evropské výzkumné infrastruktuře Euro-BioImaging

    Cílem předkládaného projektu je zformovat národní infrastrukturu zobrazovacích pracovišť s potenciálem stát se součástí budované infrastruktury Euro-BioImaging a podpořit a zvýšit účast českých subjektů (uživatelů i poskytovatelů) v pan-evropské zobrazovací infrastruktuře Euro-BioImaging, a to jak v přípravné (2010-2013), tak konstrukční fázi (2014-2017) projektu Euro-BioImaging. Toho bude dosaženo zejména zmapováním stavu zobrazovacích pracovišť a potřeb vědců v oblasti biologického a biomedicínského zobrazování v ČR, analýzou možností zapojení do pan-evropské infrastruktury, osvětovými a konzultačními aktivitami, prosazováním zájmů ČR v řídícím výboru evropského projektu atd. Klíčovými výsledky projektu budou návrh národní zobrazovací infrastrukturya zvýšení povědomí o pan-evropské infrastruktuře Euro-BioImaging, které přispěje k většímu zapojení českých vědeckých pracovišť a vědců do projektu Euro-BioImaging.

    The aim of the project was to support the Czech participation in the pan-European research infrastructure Euro-BioImaging and to form a national infrastructure for biomedical imaging. Both objectives were completed. Two Czech nodes were approved for the Euro-BioImaging pilot phase and a national imaging infrastructure Czech-BioImaging was submitted to the goverrnment for funding for 2016 – 2022.
