Project results evaluation
RAPD analysis performed at three populations of A. ursinum using 4 primers showed high degree of polymorphism. Two tested variants of seed germination were not successful for A. ursinum. Acclimatization consisting of temperature variants (30 oC, 11 oC, 4oC) did not bring effect.
