    Within the project, the company COMTES FHT developed and built a fluidised bed, mixed by hot gas, which is designed for thermochemical treatment of tools and machine partsusing thermo-activaíable powders. Using numerical flow simulations was designed suitable shape of the bed, the shape and distribution of the nozzles and the pressure of the gas for homogeneous heating and mixing powders. By this process was achieved higher lifetime of thermo-activatable powders than conventional powder thermochemical treatment and also reducing the energy intensity of the whole technological process. Technological methods of thermochemical treatment have been developed. Final required parameters of treated parts remain unchanged.
