The Czech groups have focused on the analysis of data of the current Pierre Auger Observatory, preparations for its upgrade and atmospheric monitoring. Graduate students and young scientists have become significantly involved in the project. We successfully followed upon a years-long tradition of Czech scientific projects within the Observatory
