    Recombinant S-nitrosoglutathione reductase was purified from plant pathogen Phytophthora infestans and characterised. New methods of identification and quantification of S-nitrosylated protenis were optimized and new knowledge on the role of protein S-nitrosylation in plant growth and development and plant responses to stress conditions.
