Alternative language

  • Project name in Czech

Interakce bakteriální senzorové proteinkinázy s peptidoglykanem a její vliv na regulaci biosyntézy buněčné stěny

Main experimental effort was focused on crystallization of sensor domain of C-StkP and PBP2x protein to obtain diffractable protein crystalls. We determined the function of LocZ, a novel protein of cell division. We determined the function of PhpP and its interaction with substrates. Further, we identified new substrates of StkP, DivIVA and Jag proteins, and studied their function.
