Project results evaluation
A library of small fragments was formed and optimized. Methods for testing bonds between a ligand and a target protein based on NMR spectroscopy were implemented. Research goals were therefore fulfilled in agreement with the suggested time schedule. The reseach was extended including proteins without an enzymatics activity (e.g., insuline analogues and insuline mimicking grow hormones). The results were published in 21 papers in journals with the impact factor.
