    The aim of the project was to prepare and to study heterostructurs based on single layer graphene with potential applications in nanoelectronic devices. Reaching of the aim is demonstrated by a number of prepared heterostructures, understanding their intereactions with the evironment at different conditions and also by realization of new methods for study of these modern nanomaterials.
