Project results evaluation
The DYNATREE project enabled unique laboratory and field experiments on living trees or their parts and the building of complex numerical models of the mechanical response of wood and trees in various details. The research brought new insights into the little-studied dynamic response of trees in the time and frequency domains, which is beneficial for tree Zaz_2024 20 care and assessment of their safety.
