    In the years 2016-2019, the LRI BNL-CZ met its set goals according to the plan. Through its activities, it served and supported mainly Czech, but also foreign users of unique devices in the Brookhaven National Laboratory, especially on STAR, PHENIX, sPHENIX experiments. It also supported users working with data measured by these experiments so that their scientific results pushed the current boundaries of knowledge in the study of the basic properties of matter. It has also developed technologies that are applicable in industry and other RIs (monolithic pixel detectors).
