    We developed a new global model of the ion temperature. The model was accepted as a part of IRI-2020. We improved model of the electron temperature with inclusion of the second order influences. We enhanced the data-base of the thermal plasma. We found that NRLMSISE-00 underestimates the density of H. We developed algorithms for specification of the model of the electron density and ion composition using measured data.
