Benchmarking algoritmů segmentace a sledování buněk

Cílem projektu je zlepšit možnosti benchmarkingu v oblasti segmentace a sledování buněk. V plánu je rozšířit benchmarking o další typy vstupních dat, rozšířit databázi testovacích obrazových dat, a to jak anotovaných reálných, tak i syntetických se známou správnou odpovědí (tzv. ground truth), a v neposlední řadě vytvořit webové rozhraní pro benchmarking v dané oblasti.

Project results evaluation
Following the aims of INTER-EXCELLENCE program and INTER-COST subprogram we strengthened international collaboration including publication of common papers with foreign co-authors in prestigious journals like Nature Methods or Nature Communications and significant extension of activities in jointly organized international competition celltrackingchallenge.net under the auspices of ISBI conference.
