Completed project evaluation

  • Provider evaluation

U - Uspěl podle zadání (s publikovanými či patentovanými výsledky atd.)

  • Project results evaluation

Within project the accumulation and distribution of REE by tobacco model plant was studied. The toxicity of REE was determined using ecotoxicological tests. The ability of plant to accumulate selected element was monitored, followed by the influence of stress on root morphology, leaf area and PSII photosystem, and on content of chlorophylls, proline, malondialdehyde and antioxidant enzymes.
